Individuals who submit letters and other information to Council should be aware that any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the public record and may be made available through the Council Agenda process.
To request a delegation before Council please contact the Clerk by the Thursday prior to the scheduled meeting, and complete a Delegation Request Form . All attempts will be made to accomodate requests at the requested time and date. The Clerk will contact all delegations to confirm the date and time of their delegation. Completed Delegation Request Forms should be submitted to the Clerk's Office at 22413 Hoskins Line, PO Box 49, Rodney ON N0L 2C0 or through email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Correspondence must be received by the Clerk by the Thursday before the Council meeting for inclusion in the agenda. Please ensure all correspondence has the name and contact information of the requestor.
