Public Works Seasonal Maintenance - Summer Job

Public Works Seasonal Maintenance Staff to assist with various duties as they pertain to the Public Works Department.  Experience with agricultural tractors, chainsaws and other small equipment related to road maintenance would be an asset. Minimum class G licence with a clean drivers’ abstract and CSA approved steel toe work boots are mandatory.

Position runs May 4, 2020 to August 28, 2020 and consists of a maximum of 40 hours per week.  Pay range is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Pool Supervisior

Pool Supervisor to oversee and coordinate Instructor Lifeguards, organize scheduling of staff and lesson schedules, instruct swimming lessons, monitor and record pool records along with general maintenance.  Must have current NLS, Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Standard First Aid and CPR “C”, and Vulnerable Sector Criminal record Check.

This position is for approximately 12 weeks of employment, June to August 2020 and consists of approximately 40 hours per week. Pay range is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Assistant Pool Supervisor

 This position is for approximately 7 to 10 weeks of employment, June to August 2020 and consists of approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. Pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
