The Municipality of West Elgin has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Accounts Payable/Treasury Assistant. Reporting to the Municipal Treasurer, this position Carries out a wide range of duties related to accounts payable including receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Provides administrative assistance to the treasury department. Provides coverage for Service Ontario kiosk. Provides excellent customer service.
- College degree – Accounting, Business or other relevant degree
- 3 years office experience, preferably in a municipal setting
- Strong computer skills
- An equivalent combination of education and experience
Pay range: $20.15 /hr. - $25.18 /hr.
