Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

The purpose of the AODA is to achieve a fully accessible Ontario by 2025.  The AODA provides standards for:

  • customer service
  • built environment
  • integrated standard which includes:
    • additional general requirements
    • transportation
    • information and communication
    • employment
