Tax bills are mailed out twice yearly.
The Interim billing is mailed out during the first week of March and payments are due in March and June.
The Final Billing is mailed out the first week of September and payments are due in September and November.
Interim Tax Bill
The Interim Billing is calculated using the current assessment times 50% of the tax rate for the previous year.
Final Tax Bill
The Final Billing is based on the rates as per the current year budget which is finalized by June. Local Improvements are levied on the November Installment.

Failure to Receive a Tax Notice
Failure to receive a tax notice does not relieve the taxpayer from payment of taxes nor from the liability of penalty for late payment.
If you do not receive your tax notice please contact the Municipal Office at 519-785-0560.
Selling your Property
If you are selling your property and receive a tax billing, please forward the bill to the new owner or return it to the Municipality.
