New seasonal rentals

Our Trailer Park has over one hundred seasonal sites with sewer and hydro hook-ups. There are currently sites available but we are working through the current waitlist.

You can get your name on our waiting list by contacting the Municipal Office at 519-785-0560. We will contact you when a lot becomes available.

Rules and Regulations

Please review the Rules and Regulations with regards to use of the trailer park and grounds.

Renewing a seasonal rental

You must pay your seasonal fees by May 1 of the current year.  2025 Welcome packages with licences and invoices have been sent out on March 3rd 2025.

You can pay at the front desk at the municipal office by debit, cash, or cheque. We also accept payment in our drop-box beside the front door.

Please provide us with current proof of insurance every year so we can keep our records updated.

Selling your trailer

For trailers to be sold on the lot, they have to be within 10 years old for a travel trailer, and 20 years old for a park/cottage model. Let us know when you sell your trailer by email or give us a call at 519-785-0560. We need to know the name of the new owner and get their contact information so they can sign an updated contract.

We charge a $131 transfer fee when new owners take over a seasonal site. You can pay this at the front desk at the municipal office by debit, cash, or cheque.
