Council must record Conflicts of Interest in writing, in accordance with the Municipal Act.
Registry
Every Council Committee and Board must have a Pecuniary Interest Registry, in addition to the one for Council. The Registry lists the meeting date, meeting type, member's name, agenda item, and a short description of the Conflict of Interest.
