West Elgin Appoints Full Time Chief Administrator Officer (CAO)

Municipality of West Elgin – West Elgin Council is pleased to announce the appointment of full time Chief Administrator Officer (CAO), Robin Greenall, effective November 14, 2025. Ms. Greenall has been serving the Municipality of West Elgin as Interim CAO since January 2025.

Robin brings over 20 years of public service and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business.
