This Alert is in effect until end of day, February 14 and is based on current Environment Canada forecasts. A new collaboration between the communities of Dutton Dunwich and West Elgin is being celebrated with the formation of the Dutton Dunwich – West Elgin Community Fund. And a Founding Donor fund-raising campaign is the 2021 initiative that will kick-off this new alliance.
